1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales, or holidays.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, delivery times can vary depending on your location and local postal services. We work with global suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill orders.

United Kingdom 7–20 business days
Europe 10–25 business days
Canada, Australia 10–25 business days
Rest of World 15–30 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes only. Delivery times may be delayed due to customs, international transit issues, weather, global events, or high order volumes.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to become active.

Some international orders may ship without full tracking, depending on destination and shipping method.


4. Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

LIBERDOM LTD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, you must contact your local courier or post office. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit (i.e. no delivery scan within 60 days), we will investigate and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

LIBERDOM LTD is not responsible for delays or fees due to customs procedures.


6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address issues or refusal to pay customs fees, reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.


7. Multiple Items in One Order

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
